With our team out of office at the start of the project, I stepped up to lead weekly planning meetings with the Red Sox and restaurant group. I selected carnival games for the public Lansdowne Street footprint, coordinated custom sticker packs, developed giveaway concepts including a bag charm and gumball machine, and programmed the photo booth for attendee data capture. I also coordinated the shipping of two life-size horses and built out individualized itineraries and maps for each talent. On event day, I set up and styled five bars, each branded for a specific drink and talent member, complete with posters and Unwell Hydration flavors. I escorted Grace and her sister onto the field for the first pitch, and closed things out by MC'ing Grace on stage to hype the crowd and announce giveaways.
