As an Events and Talent Relations Intern at SXM, I supported end-to-end event coordination for live performances and studio sessions at SiriusXM's Garage, working alongside on-air talent and production teams to deliver a seamless fan experience. I managed studio footprint coordination, catering logistics, and audience management — including guest registration and check-in through Envoy.
The Garage at SiriusXM is an intimate performance space that hosts exclusive listening parties and performances across a variety of music genres.

In SiriusXM's broadcasting studios, I served as the primary point of contact for incoming talent — greeting artists and guests upon arrival, managing green room logistics, and ensuring release form completion prior to their segments. I then escorted talent through the studios, coordinating timing with production staff to ensure seamless transitions on and off air. Following each segment, I captured talent photography for social distribution before completing the escort-out process.
